How do I pay for my order?

You can pay it in two ways:

  - Visa card, Visa electron, Maestro or Mastercard, you must have activated it to make purchases over the Internet with the 3DSecure method. The cards with 3DSecure depend on the issuing bank of the card.

  - With your Paypal account, in Paypal you can also use debit or credit cards without 3DSecure.

  - Payment by bank transfer is accepted only in the case of wholesale purchases.

How long do I receive my order?

- Correos Express: delivery at home in 24h / 48h working for shipments to Spanish peninsula. In smaller local entities such as villages, hamlets, districts ... and always depending on the Correos Express service, it may take a little longer.

 

- UPS: for the other destinations, outside of Spain.

 

Note: If you make the payment through transfer this will not be effective until the amount is entered in our bank account, the order will not be prepared until payment is received. In the rest of the world delivery is made between 2 and 5 working days from the receipt of payment.

 

Which company brings me the order?

Correos Express for the Spanish peninsula, UPS for the other locations.

The courier tries to deliver the orders on several occasions, if for reasons attributable to the customer the courier can not deliver the package and returns it to us, we will consider the order canceled, and we will deduct the transportation costs caused by the amount to be returned.
